Enfin, optez pour les aliments antiallergiques, comme les radis, les carottes, la laitue, l'oignon, le persil ou le cerfeuil. En mettant en place ces différentes mesures, si possible avant les premiers symptômes, vous traverser le printemps et l'été plus sereinement.
